Sajaado offers curated home decor items that are ready to ship unless stated otherwise.

Product images are presented as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or production variations.

Product availability may change at any time. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any item without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Online payment options may be offered where applicable.

Sajaado reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Orders are considered confirmed once successfully placed and verified.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery time is 7–10 working days across Pakistan.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier performance, or external factors.

Sajaado is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.

  • Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is due to our error

7. Product Use & Responsibility

All products should be used as intended.

Sajaado is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper handling, negligence, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sajaado will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products.

Any liability, if applicable, will not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product.

Customer information is collected only for order processing, delivery, and support.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required to fulfill an order or comply with legal requirements.
