7-day returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.
When a return applies
- You received a damaged, defective or wrong item
- The product has a manufacturing fault
- You changed your mind and the item is unused in original packaging
What is not covered
- Items that have been used, installed outdoors or damaged after delivery
- Products without their original packaging or accessories
- Requests made after the 7-day window
How to request a return
- Message us within 7 days at +92 311 1208420 (WhatsApp) or email contactsajaado@gmail.com with your order number.
- Share a short photo or video if the item arrived damaged or faulty.
- Our team will confirm the return and guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we process your refund or replacement. Prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method or by bank transfer. COD orders are refunded by bank transfer, easypaisa or jazzcash.
Damaged on arrival
If your parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly at no cost to you.
