Eligibility for Returns

  • Product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition

  • Item is returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Product passes our quality inspection after return

If all conditions are met, your request may be approved.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or discounted items marked as non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos for verification

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund (depending on availability and situation)

Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are inspected upon arrival

  • Refunds or replacements are processed only after approval

  • If the item does not meet return conditions, the request may be declined and the product returned

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was on our end

  • Return requests must be approved before sending items back

  • Items sent without approval may not be accepted
