Welcome to SajaaDo. These terms govern your use of sajaado.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Our products
We sell home and outdoor decor, including the Aura Mandala Lights. We make every effort to show our products accurately. Colours and lighting effects may appear slightly different in person due to photography, screens and your home's lighting.
Pricing and payment
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan, as well as card and bank transfer where available.
- We may update prices and offers at any time. The price shown when you order is the price that applies.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by phone, WhatsApp or email before dispatch.
- We may cancel or decline an order if the product is out of stock, the address is incomplete, or the order appears fraudulent.
Cash on Delivery
For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready and check your parcel at delivery. Repeatedly refusing confirmed COD orders may affect your ability to order COD in future.
Warranty
Our products carry a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in normal use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage or normal wear.
Limitation of liability
SajaaDo's liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product purchased.
